Madwa power Project  is a proposed 1000 MW coal fired power project promoted by Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company at Madwa village in Janjgir-Champa district, Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company (CSPGCL) is a publicly-owned generation utility formed in 2009 following the restructuring of the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board. The Marwa power station, which comprises two 500MW units, is being built in the in Janjgir-Champa district of Chhattisgarh, India.
